I plan to move to Monterrey to retire as soon as some long-lost relative dies and leaves me a pile of money. It's not the best retirement plan ever but it's doing better than my 401K.
In that case, come visit me in Pacific Grove. I'll be there as soon as my family tells me about the huge family trust that they've been keeping a secret all these years.
